Not All Fabric Buildings Are Equal

When comparing prices, always check three things. The cheapest quote isn't always the best value.

Fabric Weight

Measured in grams per square metre (g/m²), fabric weight determines UV resistance, tear strength, and lifespan. Many competitors advertise prices using 450–610g PVC covers. Every MAX building ships with 750g PVC standard — up to 40% heavier than what others sell at their listed price.

Frame Design

Single-truss frames cost less to manufacture but flex under load. MAX uses double-truss frames exclusively — two parallel trusses bolted together at every point for superior rigidity in high wind and heavy snow conditions.

True Price

Some sellers list a low base price with a lightweight cover, then charge thousands to upgrade. MAX lists one price — and it includes the heaviest PVC, double-truss frame, all hardware, and anchoring. No hidden upgrade fees.

Our Buildings

18 Sizes. One Standard.

Every building ships with the Double-Trussed Standard galvanized steel frame, 750g PVC covers (up to 40% thicker than competitors), all hardware, anchoring, and assembly instructions. No upgrade fees.

Commercial or Industrial — Which Do You Actually Need?

Most buyers don’t need the Industrial Series. Save your money. Here’s how to know.

Commercial — 750g, one published price

Equipment storage, hay, shop space, RV & boat storage, calving cover, contractor yards, residential acreages.

Widths 20′–70′. Building, hardware, anchoring & free delivery within 888 km — one published price, no upgrade fees. Installation quoted to your site.

See Commercial sizes →

Industrial — 900g, built for decades of use

Year-round operations, dust/chemical/livestock environments, oilfield, mining, fleet maintenance, public-asset scale.

80′ clear-span only. Same heavy-duty frame, engineered for harsh-use environments — building price published, no surprises. Installation quoted to your site.

See Industrial sizes →

If your equipment fits in a 70′ building, save your money. The Industrial Series is engineered for specific use cases — buying it when you don’t need it means paying for engineering you won’t use.

Why MAX

Designed for Canadian Conditions

Steep peak geometry sheds snow aggressively before it can stack. Hot-dipped galvanized steel holds shape under −40 winters and 120 km/h prairie gusts. 750g PVC stays flexible when lighter covers crack. Built for the conditions that break other buildings.

750g PVC Covers

Heavier than the industry-standard 610g. UV-treated for 10–11 years of sun, wind, and snow resistance.

Double-Trussed Standard

Hot-dipped galvanized steel, double-trussed on every frame — not as upgrade. Rated for winds up to 120 km/h and snow loads up to 80 kg/m².

Weekend Install

DIY-friendly. 2–4 people, one weekend. All hardware, stakes, and detailed instructions included.

Relocatable

Operations change. Your building moves with you. Disassemble, relocate, and reinstall wherever you need it.

Replaceable Covers

One frame. Decades of use. Simply replace the cover every 10–11 years. A true 50-year solution.

Financing Available

95% approval rate. Pre-approved in 4 hours. Flexible monthly or seasonal payments from ~$69/mo.

By the Numbers

Verifiable specs — not marketing claims. Compare MAX standards against the rest of the category.

Cover weight: MAX vs the category
