- Identify the building. Give the MAX model or order number. For another brand, include the seller, model and approximate year if known.
- Show the component. Include the item name or reference from your own manual, the quantity needed and where it fits on the building.
- Show the connection. Photograph the part, its label or marking, and the surrounding connection. Include a ruler beside accessible small components where useful.
- Give the destination. Your town or postal code helps us confirm the supply and delivery scope.
You do not need to know the part name.
Describe the problem and the location on the building. Take photographs from an accessible position; do not climb or remove a loaded component to obtain a picture.
What to photograph
Cover and tensioning components
Show the affected area, the cover edge and the existing ratchet or tubing arrangement. A whole-building photo helps identify where the detail belongs.
Frame, bracing or fasteners
Show the manual reference and the connection from an accessible position. Appearance alone does not confirm steel grade, bolt grade, capacity or interchangeability.
Confirm the part and the full supply quote.
