Leasing for business operations

Lease your building. Keep your cash where it works.

Fabric storage buildings for fleets, yards and industrial operations — financed as a lease through First Capital Leasing. You pick the term. We deliver the building, paid in full on delivery, so your schedule isn’t tied to anyone’s financing calendar.

  • 95% of applicants approved
  • Decisions often within 4 hours
  • 24–60 month terms
  • Install can go in the lease
Why operations lease

Four reasons a yard building goes on a lease

Same buildings, same published prices. What changes is how the money is structured.

The capital stays free

A storage building shouldn’t consume the line of credit you keep for trucks, iron and payroll.

A budget line, not a capital request

A monthly figure clears an operating budget without waiting on the next capital cycle.

Terms that match the need

24, 36, 48 or 60 months, renewable. Tell us how long the yard needs it and we’ll write it that way.

Your accountant’s call

How a lease is treated on your books is a question for your accountant. We’ll give your finance team whatever documentation they ask for.

How it works

Four steps, most of them ours

1

Tell us the yard and the size

Width, length, and whether you need clear access to drive a loaded forklift straight through.

2

We quote it as one number

Building, delivery and install priced together. That number is what the lease gets written on.

3

First Capital takes the application

Short application. 95% of applicants are approved, most decisions inside four business hours.

4

We deliver, and erect it if you want

Free delivery within 888 highway kilometres of Edmonton or Toronto — measured the way you actually drive it.

Built for the yard, not the acreage

Who we write these for

Steel, spools, parts, attachments and iron sitting outside through a Canadian winter cost you more than the building does. Clear span, no interior posts, and an opening wide enough to drive through.

Sizes & indicative numbers

Published price first. Payment second.

Every building carries one published price. The monthly beside it is what that price looks like financed — an estimate, nothing more.

Building Published price Installed from Est. monthly*
30′ × 60′ × 20′$10,888$19,888~$152/mo
40′ × 60′ × 23′$18,888$29,888~$273/mo
40′ × 80′ × 23′$21,888$34,888~$320/mo
50′ × 100′ × 23′$28,888$44,888~$427/mo

*Every monthly figure on this page and this site is purely an estimate — not an offer of credit. The estimates above are calculated on the building price alone. Your exact rate, term and monthly payment are determined by First Capital Leasing on approval, and a lease that includes installation is written on the installed number. Call 587-800-4629 or text us and a MAX Building Advisor will get you exact figures for your yard.

Sizes run from 20′ to 80′ wide — see every size and published price. Installed-from figures include the published install base for an install-ready site; site equipment, crew travel and lodging are extra at published rates only when we supply them.

Optional · Edmonton–Calgary corridor

Quarterly maintenance, if you want it handled

A fabric building wants its tension checked. We can put a technician on your yard four times a year and leave a written condition report with photos every visit.

What a visit covers

  • Full visual inspection of frame, cover and base
  • Fabric tension checked and re-tensioned as needed
  • Ratchets, turnbuckles, cables and hardware tightened
  • Anchor and base-rail check
  • Door and end-wall hardware
  • Written condition report with photographs

What it does not cover

  • Storm, wind, hail or snow-load damage
  • Snow removal
  • Fabric repair or replacement
  • Damage caused by your own equipment
  • Ground movement, settling or drainage
  • Modifications, or work needing a lift or crane

Maintenance is a separate service agreement with MAX Storage Buildings, priced and shown as its own line. MAX is not the insurer of the building or its contents. Available on commercial accounts in the Edmonton–Calgary corridor — ask us what it runs for your yard.

Straight answers

Questions finance departments ask

Do you rent buildings?

No. We sell the building and First Capital finances it as a lease. At the end of the term the building is yours to keep, and it moves with you if the operation moves.

Can the installation go inside the lease?

Yes. We quote the delivered and installed number as one figure, and the lease is written on that.

Can we lease buildings for more than one location?

Yes. Tell us the yards and the sizes and we’ll quote them together.

What if we move terminals before the term is up?

The building comes with you. We built it, so we can dismantle and re-erect it — quoted at the time on the site conditions and how it was anchored.

How is a lease treated for tax?

That’s a question for your accountant, and the answer depends on your operation. We’ll provide whatever documentation your finance team needs to make the call.

Who do we actually deal with?

A MAX Building Advisor, start to finish. First Capital handles the paper.
