Most of this industry advertises a price against a lighter building than the one you end up wanting, then sells the difference back to you as an upgrade. We publish the specification instead. Ten points. Every one of them is a number you can check, on our buildings and on anyone else’s.
Revision 1 · August 2026In plain terms: every building we sell gets the same cover, the same frame and the same warranty, whatever you pay for it. There is no cheaper version of a MAX building and no more expensive one — only a bigger or smaller one. This page is the list of what “the same” actually means, written in numbers so you can check it. Against us, and against whoever else is quoting you.
This is not a list of features. It is the bar we hold every building to before it is allowed to carry the name — the 20′×40′ at $5,888 and the 80′×200′ at $139,888 alike. Where the category commonly does something different, we say so underneath.
750g PVC cover, standard on every building
26.5 oz PVC on every size we sell. Not a tier, not an option, not a line item. The 80′ Industrial series steps up to 900g. Commonly: 450–610g at the advertised price, with the heavier cover sold as an upgrade.
Double-Trussed Standard galvanized frame
Every building. The Industrial series adds 76 mm oval frame tubing and 45-degree cross-bracing. Commonly: single-truss at the advertised price, with double-truss sold as an upgrade.
12-year fabric warranty
Twelve years on the cover, on every building we sell.
Every size and every price published
All 24 sizes, $5,888 to $139,888, printed on the website where anyone — including our competitors — can read them. You do not have to give us your phone number to find out what a building costs. Commonly: “call for pricing.”
One specification per size. No upgrade tiers.
There is no good, better and best. There is the building, and it is the same building whether you buy it in March or in October. Commonly: tiered specifications, where the advertised price buys the lowest one.
Free delivery within 888 highway km
Measured from the Edmonton and Toronto hubs, freight included in the published price. Past 888 km a distance-based charge applies, and we tell you what it is before you order. Commonly: freight quoted separately, after the price has done its work.
Engineered ratings published per size
120 km/h wind and 80 kg/m² snow, aligned to NBCC 2020, stated on the page for the size you are looking at rather than averaged across a catalogue.
A Building Advisor answers, not a call centre
Monday to Friday, 8 to 5 Mountain Time, you get someone who knows the buildings and can price one while you are on the phone. Commonly: a form, a queue, and a callback from someone reading a script.
We stay on the phone after delivery
Call or text during the build and we will walk you through it. That holds whether the building came from us or from somebody else. Commonly: support ends when the invoice clears.
Prices are dated, and the date is published
Every price on this site carries a verification date. If it is on the page, it is the price — and you can see how recently we checked it. Commonly: an undated price that moves when you ask about it.
What we will not do
A standard is only worth what it costs to keep. These are the six things we turn down, including the ones that would make us money.
- ×We will not hide a price.Not behind a form, not behind a phone call, not behind “it depends on your site.” The building has a price. It is on the page.
- ×We will not advertise on a lighter cover.We could publish a lower number tomorrow by quoting a 610g building and upselling the 750g. We would rather publish the real number.
- ×We will not sell a single-truss frame.There is a cheaper building to be made here. We do not make it.
- ×We will not quote a delivered price we cannot hold.Inside 888 km freight is in the number. Outside it, you get the real figure before you commit, not after.
- ×We will not put you through a call centre.If we cannot answer, we will call you back ourselves.
- ×We will not invent an upgrade.If something belongs on a building that has to stand up in a Canadian winter, it is standard. Charging for it separately is a pricing decision, not an engineering one.
Hold anyone to it
On the next quote you get, ask which of these ten points it meets and which ones cost extra. That one question will tell you more than any brochure — ours included.
