In stock or inbound
A $200 hold is credited to the building price and books a provisional delivery week. MAX confirms the supplying hub and allocation. An inbound week remains provisional until arrival and release are confirmed.
The balance is due 10 business days before that week. If it is not paid, the delivery slot is released and must be rebooked. If timing slips, the $200 remains on your account as credit for 12 months, redeemable against any unit; confirm any later extension with MAX.
Special order
20% of the building price applies when nothing suitable is in stock or inbound and a special production order is needed. Confirm the selected configuration and schedule before paying.
Custom building
50% of the building price applies to a custom build. The building is being fabricated to your specifications; lock in the configuration and written scope before the production commitment.
80′ Industrial Series
The current 80′ series is built to order with a 50% deposit. Its published lead time is approximately 90 days. Confirm the actual order schedule with MAX.
MAX arranges the delivery.
The balance must clear before transport is booked. A provisional delivery week is not a confirmed truck appointment. MAX coordinates the release and carrier arrangements and confirms the arrival details with you.
Free delivery applies within 888 highway km of the hub supplying your order, for products stocked there or ordered into that hub. Unloading is your responsibility unless the written quote states otherwise. See delivery details and preparation.
Installation and other products have their own scope.
Building deposits and installation payments are separate. Your installation quote sets the labour payment schedule, equipment and site requirements. Cover, parts and insulation orders use their own written supply terms; do not assume a building hold applies.
Confirm these four details.
- The exact building and supplying hub or production basis.
- The amount needed to start and how it is credited.
- The balance due date and provisional timing.
- The delivery, unloading and any separately quoted work.
Existing agreed customer terms remain in force. Ask MAX to explain any unresolved payment, timing or cancellation term before you pay.
