1. Production takes about 60 days
Sizes we build to order run about 60 days out. Custom builds and the 80′ Industrial Series run about 90. An order placed over the winter lands ahead of spring instead of in the middle of it.
2. Sizes on the ground
If your size is on the ground in Edmonton or the Toronto area, a refundable $200 puts your name on one and comes off the price. Larger and custom sizes start with a percentage of the building price. See how each order starts.
3. Book the crew for spring
Installation is booked separately from the building. 50% of the installation lines books the crew, and the balance is due 3 business days before dispatch. Installation pricing assumes an install-ready site.
4. Use the winter
- Settle the size and the door layout.
- Plan the site so it is ready when the frost is out.
- Sort the permit early. We coordinate drawings stamped for your address.
