Can I request engineering without buying a building?
Yes. You can submit an engineering-only enquiry without buying a MAX building. The engineering firm must confirm that it can take on your project.
Does MAX perform the engineering?
Max Storage Buildings remains your point of contact and manages project coordination. Our engineering partner provides the professional review and documentation. The responsible firm, project scope, fees and responsibilities are confirmed before work starts.
What if I have no drawings?
Tell us what you know and provide the manufacturer or seller, model and photographs when available. Missing drawings may require more investigation, limit the possible scope or prevent the firm from accepting the project.
Can I get an instant engineering price?
No. Dimensions alone do not establish the required scope. The project’s location, use, condition, documentation and requested deliverables affect the work and its fee.
Can you help in my province?
Enter the province and municipality in your request. Provider availability and authorization for that location must be confirmed before an engagement.
What should I send first?
Your name, phone or email, the project location and a sentence about what you need. Building details are optional after that. We’ll arrange the document handoff if drawings or photographs are needed.
