Free delivery within 888 highway km
Any product stocked at, or ordered into, our Edmonton or Brampton (Toronto-area) hub qualifies for free delivery within 888 highway kilometres of that supplying hub. We confirm the product, supplying hub and destination in your quote. Being close to the other hub does not make a shipment from farther away free.
For example, a product supplied from Edmonton does not qualify for free delivery to Montreal. The same product supplied from Brampton qualifies when the destination is within 888 highway km of that hub.
Highway kilometres follow the road route, not a straight-line circle.
Delivery beyond 888 highway km of the supplying hub is quoted before ordering.
Picking up your paid package
Once your paid package has been released, you can collect it during the warehouse's opening hours. Confirm release, the pickup location and warehouse hours with MAX before travelling.

Billing correspondence uses this office address. Use your released-package instructions for warehouse pickup.
MAX arranges the transport. You prepare the site.
You do not need to find a transport carrier for a MAX-arranged delivery. We arrange release from the supplying hub and transport to your address, with timing and access confirmed before dispatch.
Unloading is the customer’s responsibility unless your written quote states otherwise. Confirm suitable equipment and an operator for the actual packages before delivery is scheduled.
From your order to delivery
- Confirm your order. Your quote identifies the building, supplying hub, delivery arrangements and any separately quoted work.
- Prepare for arrival. Confirm the delivery address, road access, staging area and unloading plan with MAX. Contact us if any of these change.
- Arrange dispatch. The balance must clear before transport is booked. Delivery timing also depends on stock, release and carrier availability.
- Check the arrival. Check the package count and condition, record concerns on the delivery paperwork and contact MAX promptly with photographs if anything is missing or damaged.
