Replacement Cover Price Calculator
Your steel frame is fine — it's the cover that wears out. Get an instant price to re-skin any hoop or fabric building in heavy 750g or 900g PVC. Don't know the brand? Doesn't matter. Just measure it.
How to measure for a replacement cover
Width & length
Measure the span across the building (gable to gable) and its length end to end, in feet. Measure the building itself — don't add anything for fit. We build in the 18″ ground skirt and all fitting allowances.
Peak height
Measure ground to the very top of the arch if you can. Not sure? Leave it blank — we estimate from the width and confirm later.

A heavier cover than most buildings shipped with
750g is our floor
Most fabric buildings ship with 450–610g covers. Our standard replacement is 750g PVC — up to 40% heavier — so your re-skin outlasts the original. Step up to 900g for hostile industrial environments.
Complete package
Every cover ships with the main cover, both end walls, new ratchets and tensioning hardware, and PVC tubing for the channels. Each cover is cut generous, with an 18″ skirt on every edge and sleeves set 8″ back so it tensions tight and stays tight. No hunting for parts — it's a full re-skin kit.
Fits other brands
Cover worn out on a building you didn't buy from us? We build to your measurements. Same heavy PVC, channels sewn to hold your existing tubing, shipped Canada-wide.
Replacement cover FAQ
Will a MAX cover fit my non-MAX building?
Yes. A fabric building cover is a large PVC panel with channels sewn in to hold the frame's tubing. We build to your width, length, and peak height, so it fits hoop and arch-style fabric buildings from most manufacturers. When you lock in a price, an advisor confirms the exact channel spacing for your frame.
What's the difference between 750g and 900g?
The number is the PVC weight in grams per square metre — heavier fabric means stronger UV resistance, higher tear strength, and a longer service life. 750g is our standard and suits virtually every farm and acreage building. 900g is built for year-round industrial use — dust, chemicals, livestock, and constant exposure.
Is the price I see exact?
It's a budgetary estimate for planning. It's accurate enough to budget against, but your official quote — confirmed by a MAX Building Advisor — accounts for the exact spec, colour, and any custom details. If you leave peak height blank, we estimate it, so confirming that figure tightens the price.
What's included, and do you deliver?
Each cover package includes the main cover, both end walls, new ratchets and tensioning hardware, and PVC tubing for the channels. We ship Canada-wide, with free delivery within 888 km of our Edmonton and Toronto hubs on select sizes.
How is the cover cut? Will it actually fit tight?
Every MAX cover is deliberately cut generous. Beyond your measured dimensions, we sew an extra 18″ skirt onto every edge: along both sides it laps the ground for a sealed, weather-tight base line, and at both ends it overlaps the end-wall face so wind and driving snow can't find a seam. The fabric sleeves that your frame's tubing slides into are set 8″ back from the measured edge — that set-back gives the ratchets room to work and builds in allowance for the natural stretch every PVC cover takes on over its first seasons. The result: a cover that tensions drum-tight on day one and can be re-tensioned tight for years after.
Does the main cover come in one piece?
Up to 80' long, yes — one continuous panel. On buildings longer than 80', the main cover may arrive in multiple pieces — up to 4 pieces for a 200' building. Each piece tensions into the frame's channels the same way, which is standard for long fabric buildings and makes handling and future replacement easier. Your MAX Building Advisor confirms the exact configuration with your quote.
