Toronto — Our Eastern Canada Hub

Our Toronto-area hub handles fabric building inventory for Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. Free delivery across Southern Ontario, with scheduled runs east to Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia.

The Bottom Line: Toronto is our eastern Canadian inventory point. We hold stock of the most-common building sizes locally and ship across the 401/407 corridor, up to North Bay and Sudbury, east to Ottawa, Montreal, and the Maritimes. Free delivery within 300 km of Toronto.

Eastern Hub Operations

Unlike Edmonton (where we operate our own warehouse), the Toronto hub is run in partnership with a long-standing Ontario logistics partner. That keeps costs lean on eastern orders instead of forcing eastern customers to pay the cross-country trucking premium from Edmonton. We carry stock of the ten most-common sizes here, with larger sizes built to order from our manufacturer and routed to the Toronto hub on scheduled container shipments.

Free Delivery Zone

Free delivery applies within 300 km of Toronto, covering:

Beyond 300 km east or north we charge our standard per-km rate, published up front. Ottawa (447 km), Sudbury (393 km), Thunder Bay (1,377 km), and Atlantic runs are all available with quoted logistics.

Ontario Building Code Considerations

Ontario requires a Building Permit for any structure over 10 m² (about 108 sq ft) in most municipalities. Our smallest building is 20'x40' (800 sq ft), so permits will be required everywhere. The Ontario Building Code recognizes fabric-covered structures under Part 9 for agricultural use and Part 4 for industrial; our engineering stamp documentation covers both classifications.

Quebec & Atlantic Delivery

We regularly run trucks east from our Toronto hub to:

Frequently Asked Questions

Where exactly is the Toronto hub?

Our Toronto-area partner facility is west of the city, accessible from both the 401 and 407 corridors. We don't publish the exact address because it's a working logistics yard, not a retail location. All customer interactions happen by phone, email, or scheduled delivery. For warehouse visits, use the Edmonton location.

Do you deliver to Quebec in French?

Our paperwork and documentation can be provided in English or French. Our drivers are English-speaking, but delivery is transactional (drop-off, sign-off, optional site walk-through) and rarely requires complex conversation. For installation conversations we partner with Quebec-based installers fluent in both languages.

How much extra does Atlantic Canada delivery cost?

It depends on size and destination. A 40x80 to Halifax runs roughly $2,400 additional over the building price — published on your order confirmation, not added after you've committed. PEI and Newfoundland have ferry fees on top that we absorb on orders over $15,000.

Can you ship to Newfoundland?

Yes. We've shipped to both the Avalon Peninsula and central Newfoundland via the Marine Atlantic ferry from North Sydney, NS. Lead times add 2–3 weeks for ferry scheduling; total project timelines run 5–8 weeks from order to on-site delivery.
