Step 1: Site Preparation
Clear and level the installation area. Remove debris, rocks, and vegetation. The ground should be compacted and relatively level to within 2 inches over the entire building footprint.
Step 2: Frame Assembly — Base Section
Lay out all frame components according to the assembly diagram. Connect the base arch tubes with the vertical spacer tubes. Tighten all bolts and hardware to specification.
Step 3: Frame Assembly — Complete Structure
Connect all sections of the frame using the bolt-together system. Install crossbeams and lateral bracing. Ensure the frame is square and level before proceeding.
Step 4: Anchor Installation
Position ground anchors at each designated location. Drive the 1000mm ground stakes into the earth at the correct angle. Ensure anchors are secure and evenly distributed.
Step 5: Cover Installation
Unfold the PVC cover and position it over the frame. Start at one end and work toward the opposite end, securing the cover with ratchet tensioners.
Step 6: Tensioning the Cover
Use the heavy-duty ratchet tensioners to apply even pressure across the cover. The cover should be tight but not over-tensioned. Check for wrinkles and adjust as needed.
Step 7: Final Inspection
Check all anchor points, bolts, and hardware. Verify that the cover is evenly tensioned. Test the door systems and ensure all access points are secure.
