Our Toronto-London run is straightforward: Highway 401 westbound, 192 km, 2 hours drive time. This is a routine same-day delivery — loaded mid-morning in Toronto, dropped in London by early afternoon, often the driver continues on to Sarnia or Chatham the same day for a second drop.

London (192 km) is inside our 300 km free-delivery zone, as are:

Southwestern Ontario Farming

This corridor is the densest agricultural region in Canada by dollar value. Our customer base here includes:

• Dairy operations — Oxford, Perth, and Huron counties are dairy-heavy; fabric calf barns are a common order
• Cash crop producers — corn/soybean rotation, with supplementary grain storage during record-yield years
• Greenhouse operators (Leamington-Kingsville) — we've supplied utility buildings for greenhouse supply operations and packing-shed annexes
• Horse and equestrian farms — indoor riding spaces and paddock shelters scaled to our mid-range sizes

Permits — Municipality-by-Municipality

Every municipality in the region requires a Building Permit; the OBC rule is universal. Timing varies. Fast municipalities (Middlesex County, parts of Oxford) can issue a farm permit in 2–3 weeks. Slower ones (City of London proper, especially for urban-adjacent zoning) can run 4–8 weeks. Our P.Eng-stamped structural drawings are accepted by every municipality in this region without modification.

Mennonite Communities

The Waterloo Region and north of Stratford have large Mennonite farming communities. We supply them routinely. Arrangements for non-electric sites, specific communication preferences, and community-relationship protocols are well within our standard operating experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is London same-day delivery?

Yes. Most London deliveries leave the Toronto hub around 9am and arrive in the London area between noon and 2pm. We confirm the exact window 24 hours in advance.

Do you deliver to Windsor?

Windsor is 373 km — just outside the free zone. We regularly include Windsor in our SWO runs when they're already going to London or Chatham-Kent, often with no surcharge if we have trailer capacity. Call to confirm for your specific timing.

Can you drop in Kitchener-Waterloo on the way?

Yes. Kitchener is on the way to London (110 km past Toronto). We routinely do multi-stop runs through Kitchener → Stratford → London. If your order is in KW and another customer's is in London, we can run them together efficiently.

What about the Essex County greenhouse region — Leamington, Kingsville?

Leamington is 325 km from the Toronto hub, just outside the free zone. We've supplied several greenhouse and vegetable-packing operations there. Surcharge is minimal ($250–$450) because the region is routinely serviced by our Windsor-corridor runs.
