Two hubs. Ten provinces and three territories. Every address in Canada where there's a road that a truck can drive on, we deliver. The rest — sealift to Nunavut, winter roads in the NWT — we coordinate.
The Bottom Line: We don't pretend to be local everywhere. We're the Canadian fabric building supplier with two warehouses (Edmonton and Toronto), published per-km freight beyond free-delivery zones, and the honest logistics to get your building to whichever address you give us — whether that's downtown Calgary or a cabin 30 km past the last gas station.
Our Edmonton warehouse at 24511-34 Street NW covers Western Canada — Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the North. Our Toronto-area partner hub covers Eastern Canada — Ontario, Quebec, and the Atlantic provinces. Between the two, 95% of Canadians live inside one of our regional coverage zones.
We don't operate satellite offices in 40 cities. We don't pretend to have a Calgary office, a Halifax office, or a Winnipeg office. We have two physical inventory points. The honesty of that model is why our prices can be on the page.
888 km one-way on paved roads. Covers all of Alberta, most of Saskatchewan, the BC Peace Country, the BC Interior to Kamloops, and most of Manitoba west of Winnipeg. Calgary, Saskatoon, Regina, Grande Prairie, Kelowna, Fort St. John, Prince Albert, Lloydminster — all free zone.
300 km one-way. Covers the GTA, Golden Horseshoe, Southwestern Ontario to Sarnia and Chatham-Kent, and Eastern Ontario to Kingston. London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Hamilton, Guelph, Stratford, Peterborough, Kingston — all free zone.
Every address outside the free zone gets a freight quote BEFORE you order. No surprise charges. No "shipping TBD." The per-km rate is $2.85/km baseline for most building sizes, tiered slightly upward for the 70'-wide buildings which need extra trailer capacity. A typical example:
If the math doesn't work for you, we can recommend the nearest size-adjusted alternative or point you to a closer competitor. We'd rather be straight with you than sell you something where shipping outweighs value.
Some addresses need more than just a truck. We coordinate:
Our regional pages cover the specifics of climate, permits, farming/industrial use cases, and common building sizes for each region:
Our route pages cover specific delivery logistics for the most common runs:
If there's a road a truck can drive on, yes, by road. Nunavut and the far-north Arctic we handle by annual sealift barge. Labrador Coast communities north of Goose Bay are sealift too. Everything else — every address in every province, and every road-accessible community in the three territories — we can deliver to. Some will cost more; all are possible.
Inuvik, NWT (2,147 km from Edmonton via the Dempster Highway) and Iqaluit, Nunavut (sealift via Montreal). We've also done deliveries to Fort Nelson, Watson Lake, Churchill (Manitoba, rail-line only), and the Avalon Peninsula of Newfoundland. Each one is a logistics project. Each one worked.
Because we publish the rate math. Our baseline is $2.85/km one-way beyond the free zone, with a small premium on the 70'-wide buildings. If you want to check our math, plug your address into Google Maps driving distance, subtract the free zone for whichever hub you're ordering from, and multiply by $2.85. You'll be within 5% of our quote.
Yes. If you have a preferred carrier or your own trucking, we'll load at our warehouse or Toronto hub for a documented pickup. Your carrier's rate is your business, and you'd deduct the carrier portion from the quoted price. Most customers let us handle it because our volume gets us better rates than most one-off carriers.
18 sizes, every price on the page. Ships from our Edmonton or Toronto hub.
