How much does Winnipeg delivery actually cost?

For a typical 40x80, add approximately $1,400 to the product page price for Winnipeg delivery. This is quoted on your order confirmation before payment — never added afterward. Smaller buildings (20x40, 30x40) are less because they take less trailer space; larger (60x120+) are more.

Can I split cost with a neighbouring farmer who's also ordering?

Yes. Group orders going to the same region get the same truck. Two Winnipeg-area orders on one trailer split the per-km freight evenly. We're happy to coordinate this directly — just mention it when both of you order.

Do you deliver to The Pas or Churchill?

The Pas (676 km from Edmonton, road via Prince Albert) is inside the free zone. Churchill has no year-round road connection; it's reachable only by rail from The Pas or by air. We'd need to coordinate a rail-line shipment for Churchill, which is quote-based and infrequent.

Does the Manitoba flood season affect delivery?

Occasionally. Red River Valley flooding (usually April) can close sections of the TransCanada west of Winnipeg. If your delivery falls during a flood closure, we re-route via Hwy 2 or delay by 2–3 days until water drops. Communication is real-time.
