The Edmonton-to-Calgary run is our shortest and most frequent delivery corridor. 294 km on the QEII (Highway 2), same-day truck, free delivery.
The drive is 2.5 to 3 hours each way on the QEII Highway (Alberta Highway 2), which means our driver can load in Edmonton, deliver to Calgary, and be back the same afternoon. We schedule Calgary-area deliveries on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays to avoid the worst of the weekend highway traffic.
Calgary proper, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, High River, Chestermere, Strathmore, Canmore, Banff (within mountain-park permit rules), Black Diamond, Turner Valley. Every point on the QEII between Red Deer and Calgary is same-day.
On return we're typically empty. If you have material to send north (a pallet, a piece of equipment), ask us — we sometimes have bulk-haul availability at well-below-normal rates since we're going home anyway.
For a full Alberta regional guide see the Prairies region page. For our Edmonton warehouse details see the Edmonton hub page.
Same-day once your kit is in our warehouse. We run Calgary deliveries Tuesday through Thursday most weeks. If you order early in a week, your kit arrives from the manufacturer mid-week, and you can have it on-site by Friday.
Yes, to Banff, Canmore, and the mountain-park towns, though some Parks Canada locations require specific permits for commercial vehicle access. We handle the paperwork through Parks Canada ahead of your delivery date.
No. The Calgary run is inside our free-delivery zone. The price on the product page is what you pay, full stop. Fuel surcharges apply only outside the free zone and are cited before order.
Typical drop-off window is 10am–2pm for Calgary-area deliveries, with confirmation 24 hours in advance. If you need an early-morning or after-hours drop, we can usually accommodate it with one day's notice.
